The DA-8700 is a semi-automatic and robust brake disc aligner for precise machining of brake discs.
The slides are adjusted manually using the handwheel at the rear. During machining, the cutting inserts automatically move from the inside to the outside across the brake disc, ensuring a stable and consistent result.
The DA-8700 comes complete with a disc lathe, drive unit, and all necessary accessories. The machine can also be upgraded with additional accessories, such as a radial adapter kit for vehicles with radially mounted brake calipers.

Accurate and reliable
MAD’s brake disc aligners are designed with maximum precision, efficiency, and ease of use in mind. Our reliable systems allow machining of brake discs of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles directly on the vehicle.
The brake disc is machined directly on the mounted wheel hub, ensuring that the disc lathe is aligned with the brake disc. This prevents measurement errors caused by play, misalignment, or tolerances in the bearing and hub system.
Including storage box
The Disc Lathe along with its accessories is stored in a compact storage box.
Universally applicable
Using smart adapters, our brake disc aligners can be used on more than 99% of all passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
