The DA-2002 is an automatic brake disc aligner offering additional ease of use thanks to its control panel. With multiple feed rates available, machining becomes easier and up to approximately 50% faster, without compromising the end result.
Thanks to its more compact design, this model is also suitable for vehicles with limited space in the rear axle wheel arch.
The DA-2002 comes complete with a disc lathe, drive unit, and all necessary accessories. The machine can also be upgraded with additional accessories, such as a radial adapter kit for vehicles with radially mounted brake calipers.

Accurate and reliable
MAD’s brake disc aligners are designed with maximum precision, efficiency, and ease of use in mind. Our reliable systems allow machining of brake discs of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles directly on the vehicle.
The brake disc is machined directly on the mounted wheel hub, ensuring that the disc lathe is aligned with the brake disc. This prevents measurement errors caused by play, misalignment, or tolerances in the bearing and hub system.
Including storage box
The Disc Lathe along with its accessories is stored in a compact storage box.
Universally applicable
Using smart adapters, our brake disc aligners can be used on more than 99% of all passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
